Road sand salt spreader mini
The mini road sand /salt spreader (municipal) is a machine for winter maintenance of roads of all categories and is adapted for precise spreading of coarsening agents in the form of a sand and salt mixture, sand with other agents for melting snow and ice, and sand by itself.
Description
The mini road sand spreader is built out of a steel frame, which is adapted for hitching to a three-point hitch. A plastic tank is fastened on the frame, which is very resistant to weather and damage. Dosing takes place via the spreading adjustment system from a moving sluice, lever and tension member. The mini municipal sand spreader has a disc equipped with 3 blades, which has an effect on the machine’s output and on uniform spreading of the material. The spreader is equipped with road lights.
Main product features
Caisson – protects against jamming and suspension of the mixture in the tank. Its bell shape prevents compression of the material being spread immediately above the vibrating floor, enabling fluid operation.

The mini sandblaster is a municipal equipment that is shot blasted and powder coated. This is by far the most effective of the modern metal coating methods used today. Contrary to traditional (liquid) varnishes, powder paints guarantee smooth coatings, without cracks, stains, bubbles and wrinkles. They are used for protective, anti-corrosion and decorative painting of metal objects. The thermal resistance of the coating is approx. 100 ° C. The coatings are characterized by very good mechanical properties and high resistance to chemical agents. A special advantage of powder paints is their versatility (thanks to the possibility of obtaining coatings with various degrees of gloss in a wide range of textures and structures, in full RAL colors).
